Who we are

Voicify Studiox is an independent AI studio operating from Pakistan and working with clients internationally. For any question about your data, email voicifystudiox@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into one of two forms.

The contact form collects your name, work email, an optional phone number, and your message.

The onboarding wizard collects the services you select, your company name, website, industry and company size, a description of your goals, the tools you currently use, your budget range and timeline, and your name, work email, phone and preferred contact method.

Both forms include a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded and nothing is stored.

We do not collect special-category data, we do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not buy or import contact lists.

How we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry, scope your project and prepare a quote. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train any model. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.

Where it is stored

Submissions are written to a private Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, accessible only to us. This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the network request that carries your submission.

Onboarding also saves your in-progress answers in your own browser’s local storage, so you can leave and come back without losing them. That copy never leaves your device and is cleared when you submit or clear your browser data.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are visited and how quickly they load. Both are cookieless and report in aggregate — they do not build a profile of you or follow you across other sites.

Fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts.

Third parties

If you book a call, the scheduler on our contact page is provided by Cal.com and the details you enter there are handled under Cal.com’s own privacy policy. Google (Sheets), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Cal.com (scheduling) are the only processors involved in running this site.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry records while a conversation or engagement is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards for follow-up and our own records. After that they are deleted.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, for corrections, or for deletion — email voicifystudiox@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
