Using this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. Everything published here is general information about what Voicify Studiox does. It may change without notice, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance or a binding quote.

Pricing and quotes

The figures on our pricing page are starting points for typical scopes. The real figure comes after a scoping conversation, as a fixed written quote for a defined scope. Until you have that quote in writing and have accepted it, no price on this site is committed on either side.

Where a price is shown as recurring, it covers ongoing hosting, monitoring and maintenance of a live system, and is billed monthly until cancelled.

How engagements run

Every project is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, milestones, timeline and ownership. That agreement takes precedence over anything stated here or elsewhere on this site.

Timelines quoted before work starts assume the material we need — access, content, scripts, approvals — arrives when agreed. Delays in that material move the delivery date accordingly.

Work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately and starts only once you approve it in writing.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that any content, branding, data or credentials you give us are yours to share, and that using them as agreed will not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Where we build systems that place or answer calls, send messages, or process personal data on your behalf, you remain responsible for how those systems are used — including call-recording notices, consent, and any marketing or telecoms rules that apply where you operate.

Third-party services

Delivered systems typically depend on third-party platforms — telephony, model providers, CRMs, calendars and hosting. Those are supplied under their own terms and priced separately unless the agreement says otherwise. We integrate them carefully, but we do not control their availability, pricing or model behaviour.

Ownership

On completion and full payment, you own the deliverables built for you — the site, the agent configuration, the automation logic — together with documentation for a clean hand-off. There is no lock-in and no licence you need to keep paying for to retain what we built.

We keep ownership of our own general know-how, internal tooling and reusable components, and may reuse those on other projects. We may also describe the work publicly in general terms; we will not publish your data, and we will ask before naming you.

Limits

AI systems are probabilistic. We test them thoroughly and build in human hand-off where judgment matters, but no voice agent or automation is guaranteed to be correct in every interaction, and none should be relied on as the sole safeguard for a decision with legal, medical or financial consequences.

Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
